6 WEEK COURSE | STARTS FEBRUARY/MARCH 2024

This is your opportunity to learn how to deal with study stress and exam anxiety so you can get the best results AND come out of school in one piece!

Aimed at students in years 11 and 12, this course is for those who want to excel and reach their potential.

Whether you’ve struggled with overwhelm, exam anxiety, or just want to learn how to cope with study stress & managing your routines a bit better this is the course for you.

We’ll load you up with a toolkit of structured practices and psychological techniques (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy & Mindfulness) to help you clear your head, get in control of your study program and deal with those pesky unhelpful thoughts that make life hard.

Each week you’ll leave with new tools designed to help you learn how to calm your body down when it’s freaking out, manage those mind-sabotage tricks our minds tend to play with us, beat procrastination and survive school.

COURSE DETAILS

DURATION: 6 weeks in total (excluding Easter weekend)

WHEN: We have three groups commencing in 2024

  • Group 1: Commencing Saturday 2nd of March 2024 from 11:00am – 12:30pm
  • Group 2: Commencing Saturday 2nd of March 2024 from 1:00pm – 2:30pm
