This is your opportunity to learn how to deal with study stress and exam anxiety so you can get the best results AND come out of school in one piece!

Aimed at students in their Senior Years of High School, this course is for those who want to excel and reach their potential.

Whether you’ve struggled with exam anxiety before or just want to learn how to cope with study stress & managing your routines a bit better this is the course for you.

We’ll load you up with a toolkit of structured practices and psychological techniques (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy & Mindfulness) to help you clear your head, get in control of your study program and deal with those pesky unhelpful thoughts that make life hard.

Each week you’ll leave with new tools designed to help you learn how to calm your body down when it’s freaking out, manage those mind-sabotage tricks our minds tend to play with us, beat procrastination and survive school.

Your Presenters

Karen Stevens is the Principal Psychologist at ProMind Psychology.  In a past life she was a school teacher so knows how to share information.  Her teaching style is based on humour, flexibility and creativity.

Harula (Hara to her friends) is ProMind’s Psychologist study extraordinaire!  Having completed Year 12 in 2016 (with a ripper score of 99.75), Hara is perfectly positioned to understand what you’re going through & help you manage your stress.
