SMASH EXAM ANXIETY – FULL

6 WEEK COURSE I STARTS MONDAY 28TH OF MARCH 2022

This is your opportunity to learn how to deal with study stress and exam anxiety so you can get the best results AND come out of school in one piece!

Whether you’ve struggled with exam anxiety before or just want to learn how to cope with stress a bit better this is the course for you.

We’ll load you up with a toolkit of structured practices and psychological techniques (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy & Mindfulness) to help you clear your head, get in control of your study program and deal with those pesky unhelpful thoughts that make life hard.

Each week you’ll leave with new tools designed to help you learn how to calm your body down when it’s freaking out, manage those pesky mind-sabotage tricks our minds tend to play with us, beat procrastination and survive these final years of school.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

  • Why does your brain stress out?
  • How to manage that little voice in your head.
  • How to use mindfulness as your superpower.
  • How to handle the perfectionist within.
  • How to knock procrastination on the head from the start.
