This unique approach combines the benefits of professional psychological support with the grounding effects of nature. Walking alongside your psychologist creates a relaxed, informal environment that can help ease tension, encourage free-flowing conversation, and support mental clarity.

Walk & Talk Therapy is also helpful for people who have maybe had an injury and need to help build their confidence moving again (under the recommendation of treating medical professionals).

What to Expect

Led by Senior Psychologist Gary Rego, this is a 6 week program.  1:1 sessions take place outdoors, following a comfortable walking pace that suits you. Sessions last 50 minutes, allowing time to move, reflect, and work through challenges in a natural, open setting.
