What to Expect

Led by Senior Psychologist Gary Rego, this is a 6 week program.  1:1 sessions take place outdoors, following a comfortable walking pace that suits you. Sessions last 50 minutes, allowing time to move, reflect, and work through challenges in a natural, open setting.
