It is indeed easy, to let ‘life’ take over from your mental wellbeing.
Even though we have numerous labour saving and electronic devices to help in our everyday lives, we often seem to be on a treadmill and not taking care of our physical and mental health.
A couple of photos show how I like to spend some of my ‘me’ time.  To appreciating beautiful flowers, given as a ‘thank you’, to reading, gardening, playing Bridge and golf.  Although not too sure about the so-called relaxing benefits of golf!!
