Hannah is passionate about creating a nurturing, non-judgemental environment for clients to explore their experiences and work towards meaningful change.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible. Hannah understands that people are not textbooks and aims to tailor her approach to each individual. She is interested in supporting clients with anxiety, mood concerns, and life stressors.

Hannah has developed a strong foundation in psychological assessment and therapy, with a focus on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

Hannah is a provisional psychologist currently completing her master’s in professional psychology.

 

Outside the Therapy Room

Outside of psychology, Hannah enjoys seeing movies, staying active, and going out for pasta and wine with friends.

What is Hannah into right now?

My all-time guilty pleasure TV show is Dance Academy, so I have recently been loving the podcast, ‘Life Academy’, hosted by two actresses from the show.
