Your first contact is most likely to be with either Alyssa or Margaret when you reach out to the ProMind team.

Our Admin Angels are approachable, use real world language and aim to create a warm and non-judgemental space for everyone.

Alyssa and Margaret put their hearts into getting to know each psychologist and their therapy style intimately, so they can help clients find their ‘perfect match’ psychologist.

They understand that every human being is different and get a huge sense of satisfaction in seeing clients connect with their psychologist so they can get the support and help they need.

Outside ProMind – Margaret

Margaret is an avid golfer and believes life is better on the golf course!  A regular in competitions, don’t let her sweet nature mislead you – she can hold her own!

Margaret is also our honorary ProMind ‘mum’ and is involved in almost everything, from helping provide the team with Lunchbox Learnings sandwiches, to sorting out supplies, to mentoring younger staff.  She is pure gold. 🏆

Outside ProMind – Alyssa

Alyssa likes her days quiet, her video games intense, and her dogs within constant cuddling distance. Off the clock, you’ll find her lifting at the gym, diving into oddly specific reads, playing something immersive, or caring for her dogs like the familiars they are.

With a love for peaceful rituals, quiet moments in nature, and the kind of art and music that stir something unspoken, she finds solace in moving through her days with intention and a quiet curiosity for the beauty tucked into life’s smallest details.
