ProMind Psychology offer a range of group therapy programs depending on your focus.

We use techniques from mindfulness, positive psychology, cognitive behaviour therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.  Our courses will help set you up with a compass for life and a clear vision with tools to bring it on.
