Meet Wen
Wen believes that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard and understood. She is known for her gentle presence, thoughtful nature and genuine curiosity about the people she works with. Taking the time to build a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of her approach, creating a space where clients feel safe to explore, reflect and grow.
She has a particular passion for supporting people who have experienced trauma, as well as neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. Wen understands that no two people experience the world in the same way, and she values working collaboratively to discover what feels most helpful for each individual.
Drawing on therapies including EMDR, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Wen tailors therapy to suit each person’s needs. Her approach balances compassion with practical strategies, helping clients make sense of their experiences, develop new ways of coping and move towards a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.
Whether you’re navigating the effects of trauma, learning more about your neurodivergence or simply feeling stuck, Wen offers a calm, supportive space where you can feel accepted exactly as you are while working towards the changes that matter most to you.
